A Pennsylvania Supreme Court judge has decided to phrase his opinion of an insurance fraud case in rhyme, instead of in the usual way. This particular judge has become somewhat famous for writing his opinions in the form of poetry. Perhaps he should have been a writer, instead of a judge.
A man in Pennsylvania attempted to deposit was turned out to be a forged check. The forged check appeared to have been written by the State Farm insurance company, when in reality, the insurer never wrote out any such check.
It is my understanding that this particular court case was supposed to determine two things.
The global outdoor media company Clear Channel is reportedly being sued by a man from New York who claims it stole the idea for an interactive electronic billboard from him.
Jet Thomason is claiming that he had discussed his idea of an interactive electronic billboard, in which tourists post 15 second messages, with Clear Channel. He had set up his own company, called ’15 seconds of fame’ in order to realise his idea, and took it the outdoor media specialists in July 2009 in order to make it a reality.
However, just after this meeting allegedly took place, Clear Channel announced it had made a deal with the US clothing and accessories retailer American Eagle Outfitters to launch a similar kind of interactive billboards featuring short messages. The

The entrepreneur Levi Roots, who owes his success to an appearance on the BBC programme Dragon’s Den, is reportedly being sued by a former friend over the recipe for his best-selling product, Reggae Reggae sauce.
Roots, whose real name is Keith Valentine Graham, became a millionaire after persuading business moguls Richard Farleigh and Peter Jones to invest in his jerk chicken sauce on the hit BBC show. Immediately following his pitch on Dragon’s Den, Sainsbury’s agreed to sell his Reggae Reggae sauce in 600 of its stores, and the business has gone from strength to strength ever since.
However, Roots is now facing a lawsuit from his old friend Tony Bailey, with whom the entrepreneur used to work with on a food stall for 17 years. The p
