It is no secret that there are many Republicans who dislike some parts of the Affordable Care Act. Typically, they point to controversial parts of the ACA, such as the individual mandate, when they talk about how they would like to repeal the Affordable Care Act. Rick Santorum has taken things one step farther. He really hates the entire ACA, (even the parts that many people like).

A report in the Guardian claims that Netflix’s investors are suing because they believe the management of the company to have misled shareholders as to the health of the business, whilst at the same time cashing in $90 million of stock whilst the price was at a record high.
In the lawsuit, which was filed recently in the US state of California, it is alleged:

A Pennsylvania Supreme Court judge has decided to phrase his opinion of an insurance fraud case in rhyme, instead of in the usual way. This particular judge has become somewhat famous for writing his opinions in the form of poetry. Perhaps he should have been a writer, instead of a judge.
A man in Pennsylvania attempted to deposit was turned out to be a forged check. The forged check appeared to have been written by the State Farm insurance company, when in reality, the insurer never wrote out any such check.
It is my understanding that this particular court case was supposed to determine two things.
The global outdoor media company Clear Channel is reportedly being sued by a man from New York who claims it stole the idea for an interactive electronic billboard from him.
Jet Thomason is claiming that he had discussed his idea of an interactive electronic billboard, in which tourists post 15 second messages, with Clear Channel. He had set up his own company, called ’15 seconds of fame’ in order to realise his idea, and took it the outdoor media specialists in July 2009 in order to make it a reality.
